We have some casting news coming out of Variety this afternoon. We’ve learned that Emilia Clarke is in final negotiations to join’s Marvel’s Secret Invasion series which will be on Disney Plus in the future. Here’s what we know about the upcoming Secret Invasion series.
“The series is said to follow a group of shape-shifting aliens who have been infiltrating Earth for years. Ben-Adir has been set as the a main villain. Kyle Bradstreet is attached to write and executive produce. Kevin Feige’s unit is producing the series for the streamer, as it does all other MCU titles, including the hits “WandaVision” and “Falcon and the Winter Soldier.”
Overall, I’m excited to see who she will be playing in this series. I’m hoping with Secret Invasion we will see the return of Daisy Johnson and some Agent of Shield characters. I just feel like that would be the perfect event to bring them back into the Marvel Cinematic Universe fold.
