Game Awards 2019: Bravely Default II Announcement Trailer Streamed

Nintendo has recently updated their official Youtube channel with the announcement trailer for Bravely Default II that was first unveiled at the Game Awards 2019. For those who are not aware, the game is a new game in the Bravely Default franchise that started with the first title that was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2012. The title is a bit confusing seeing as that the game already received a sequel titled, “Bravely Second: End Layer,” which was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2015 and worldwide in 2017. Hopefully Square Enix will reveal some clarifications in the near future. Bravely Default II will be released for the Nintendo Switch in 2020.

An original RPG experience is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2020 from the team that brought you the Bravely series and Octopath Traveler, and featuring music from Revo, acclaimed composer of the original Bravely Default soundtrack.

A new world, a new story and all-new Heroes of Light await!

Personally I am quite hyped for this game since I did enjoy the first game overall. I actually didn’t play the “first sequel” to the game that was released for the game since I have yet to finish the first game. This game looks better than what I have seen for Bravely Second: End Layer so might actually pick this up.
