Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection Second Trailer Streamed

Capcom has recently released the second trailer for the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection. For those who are not aware, the game was first announced earlier this June. The game is a collection of the mainline Mega Man Battle Network games that were released for the Gameboy Advance. The first game was released in 2001 and the final game in the mainline series was released in 2006. The franchise also received some spin-offs including Mega Man Network Transmission for the Nintendo Gamecube and Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge for the Gameboy Advance, just to name a few.

Capcom provided a short description for the collection.

Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection brings ten Battle Network games! Using a unique battle system that combines both action and card-game mechanics, join Lan and MegaMan.EXE as they work together to stop evil forces that threaten Net Society! Unleash powerful Battle Chips in combat and forge new bonds to take on special new traits, then unleash your power in combat to delete viruses.

With a music player featuring over 180 songs, a gallery presenting over 1,000 images, an optional high-resolution filter, and a 3D rendition of Mega Man that will help you navigate the title selection and gallery screens; get ready to dive in to the Cyberworld with Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection!

  • Megaman Battle Network 3 Blue Version
  • Megaman Battle Network 3 White Version
  • Megaman Battle Network 4 Blue Moon
  • Megaman Battle Network 4 Red Sun
  • Megaman Battle Network 5 Team Colonel
  • Megaman Battle Network 5 Team Protoman
  • Megaman Battle Network 6 Cybest Gregor
  • Megaman Battle Network 6 Cybest Falzar

The trailer reveals a closer look at some of the game’s features including the multiplayer modes. Players will also be able to download 15 previously hard to get chips from Megaman Battle Network 3 and on. Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Edition will be released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam on April 14, 2023.

The game will also feature “Custom PET Pack” bonuses, which will be available separetly from the game.

The “Custom PET Pack” bonuses include:

  • Dark Mega Man Skin
