Today, Premium Bandai opened orders pages for the next Ultra Replica release based on Ultraman Cosmos’ transformation device the Cosmos Pluck. The Ultra Replica Cosmos Pluck will feature variety of sounds and a LED light to replicate the in-show mechanics, which can be activated by three different buttons. The item will feature Taiyo Sugiura reprising his role as Musashi Haruno/ Ultraman Cosmos to deliver new recorded audio. In addition, the item will allow fans to transform into Ultraman Cosmos various forms such as, Luna, Corona, Eclipse, Miracluna, Space Corona, and Future. Furthermore, the Ultra Replica Cosmos Replica will feature a sound dedicated to Ultraman Cosmos’ and Ultraman Justice’s fusion as Ultraman Legend. Pre-orders for the Ultraman Cosmos Ultra Replica Cosmos Pluck open tomorrow, June 23 at 11:00 a.m. JST. In addition, orders for the Ultra Replica Cosmos Pluck will close on June 20. Orders for the item are priced at 8800 yen (nearly $90 USD) with orders scheduled to ship in October. Ultraman Cosmos is the 16th entry in the Ultra series, commemorating the 35th anniversary of the overall franchise. The series aired from July 7, 2001 to September 28, 2002, with a total of 65 episodes, making it the longest running installment to date. In addition, the series has three feature-length films: The First Contact, The Blue Planet, and Vs Ultraman Justice: The Final Battle. Whereas, the actual character of Ultraman Cosmos appears in a total of six films. Ultraman Cosmos is currently available in North America for streaming via TokuHD.
