FINALLY, we have confirmation on the upcoming Shang-Chi film. Readers can obviously tell I, Ben, am happy that one of my favorite martial artists in the MCU will be getting his own film. Now, the film is called Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings. This means we are getting the real Mandarin and not that knockoff from Iron Man 3. I am so glad that the Mandarin will be the villain in this film, as it makes more sense that he would work better with Shang-Chi instead of Iron Man. I am glad to see this type of shift where it will be more effective for the story that Marvel will be telling. We have Destin Daniel Cretton directing this film while Simu Liu is set to play Shang-Chi himself. In addition, Tony Leung will be playing The Madarin. Furthermore, Awkwafina is set to be in this film as well but we are unsure of her role at the moment. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is coming to theaters February 21, 2021.
