Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster Announced

Earlier today, Nintendo streamed a Nintendo Direct Mini, which showcased a few games that will be released for the Nintendo Switch. Among the reveals was an announcement trailer for Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster. For those who are not aware, Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne or Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer’s Call in Europe, was the third installment in the long running Shin Megami game series. The game originally released for the playstation 2 in Japan in 2003 and a director’s cut version was released in 2004. The director’s cut became the localized versions for both North America and Europe. The game launched in North America in 2004, while it launched in Europe in 2005. Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster will launch for Nintendo Switch as well as the Playstation 4 worldwide in 2021.

Additionally, Nintendo also streamed a new trailer for Shin Megami Tensai V. For those who are not aware, the fifth title in the Shin Megami series was first announced in 2017, however no other details since was announced. The game will now launch alongside Shin Megami Tensai III Nocturne HD exclusively for the Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2021.
