The official Square Enix Youtube channel has updated with the announcement trailer for the Seiken Densetsu Collection. The collection will be released on the Nintendo Switch on June 1 in Japan priced at 4,800 yen. The game will be receiving both a physical and digital release.
The collection includes:
- Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden (Final Fantasy Adventure / Mystic Quest)
- Seiken Densetsu 2 (Secret of Mana)
- Seiken Densetsu 3 (Released only in Japan)
The trailer currently shows that the games will maintain their original formats and will support multiplayer up to three players for both Seiken Densetsu 2 and Seiken Densetsu 3.
I am personally extremely pleased to see that Square is making a collection of the three main games in the “Mana” series and hopefully the collection will be localized in North America soon.
