Earlier this morning, Nintendo updated their official Youtube channel with a special MAR10 Day 2024 presentation video. The latest video reveals that a sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie is in the works at Illumination. Not much else is known about this production, however it has been confirmed that Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic will return to work as directors on the project.  The film is currently set to release on April 3, 2026. Nighthawk Interactive and Digital Eclipse have announced that they will be releasing a HD remaster collection of the various Aladdin and The Lion King video games under the name Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King.  The collection will be released for the Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam this Fall. The game will also be receiving physical editions.
