Deadline has reported that Iman Vellani has been cast as the main role in Marvel’s Ms. Marvel. The character will be making a debut in the upcoming series that will streamed exclusively on Disney+ with future appearances planned in upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe related projects. We have a trailer for Marvel’s Avengers, an upcoming console and PC game that focuses on Kamala Khan. It made its debut earlier today at NYCC, and I have to say it is a solid introduction for the character. Marvel Entertainment has announced that two more Marvel Rising specials will soon be released. For those who are not aware, Marvel Rising was originally a series of shorts under the name “Marvel Rising: Initiation.” The shorts were later followed up by a TV film titled, ““Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors,” which aired over the weekend. The official Marvel Rising Facebook page has updated with a new trailer for the upcoming series of shorts. The latest trailer features a look at some of the main characters. Marvel announced last Winter that a new animated series titled, Marvel Rising was in the works. For those who are unaware, Marvel Rising is animated miniseries that consists of six, four minute digital shorts that features a special team of heroes.
