Kevin Conroy Cast as Bruce Wayne for Arrowverse Crossover: Crisis on Infinite Earths

We have some news about the upcoming Arrowverse crossover event based on Crisis on Infinite Earths. To start off, Black Lightning is set to make his debut into the Arrowverse. I have to say that I am happy to see Black Lightning getting to meet the Arrowverse heroes. I just wish it would be under better circumstances. Nevertheless, it is going to be good seeing a veteran hero like Black Lightning clashing with younger heroes like Barry and Oliver. I say that because Jefferson Pierce compared to the others heroes is older, and has been at it longer than them before he retired given the context within his series.

Now, the main reason readers are here is most likely because Kevin Conroy is coming back as Bruce Wayne. Yes, in the Crisis on Infinite Earths event, Conroy is set to play his iconic role once again. Yet, as to whether he will put on a suit, I have no clue as I am sure the crossover has not started shooting. For all we know we could get Terry McGinnis depending on how they play this up. All we know right now is that this version of Batman is in the future, so I do not want to rule out this cannot happen. With the crossover itself spanning five episodes. It all starts in December with Supergirl airing on Sunday the 8th, Batwoman airing Monday the 9th, and The Flash airing Tuesday the 10th. However, the final two episodes in the event will air on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 with Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow.

Yes, the crossover event is that massive that it will span two quarters for the CW. All I can say is that I am looking forward to seeing what they will do. We could be in for more iconic characters appearing, or past DC alumni actors making cameos, so be on the look out for casting news in the future. As always, I am Ben and I’m out!
