Four years ago, Tamashii Nations released S.H.Figuarts Zetton at retail. The figure’s release did fairly well, but eventually became a shelf-warming item when distributed to North America. Also, since its release we cannot recall if there were any re-issues for the product. However, Premium Bandai surprisingly enough announced a new version of figure.
Titled, S.H.Figuarts Zetton Trillion-Degree Fireball Ver., this figure is set to replicate Zetton’s fireball attack, as seen in the original Ultraman series. Now, the difference between the two releases seem to be paint applications to recreate glow of the flames emitted from its mouth. In addition, the previous release’s effect parts have been replaced for the Trillion-Degree Fireball effect and its display stage. Below is the official gallery from Bandai:
Pre-orders for S.H.Figuarts Zetton Trillion-Degree Fireball Ver. are currently available to purchase. Orders for this item are priced at 7150 yen, and they are scheduled to ship in April 2021.
