The official Star Wars website has announced more details for the upcoming Disney+ exclusive project that will be focusing on Boba Fett. The series will be titled, “The Book of Boba Fett,” and was first hinted in the post credit scene of the final episode of The Mandalorian’s second season. The series will take place in the timeline of The Mandalarion. The series will star Temuera Morrison who will reprise his role as Boba Fett and Ming-na Wen as Fennic Shand. For those who have not watched the second season of The Mandalorian, the character officially returned in chapter 14 of The Mandalarion. John Favreau and Dave Filioni will return as the executive producer on the project. No other details are confirmed at this time of writing so stay tuned for updates. “The Book of Boba” will premiere on Disney+ in December 2021.
