After a four month wait Super Mini-Pla Dragon Caesar has arrived! This miniature mold kit and action figure is something to truly behold for Super Sentai and Power Ranger fans. The kit scales well with normal Sentai related Mini-Pla figures, but since it is the Super series it features additional points of articulation, and detail.
