Toei Announces Kamen Rider Black Sun Reboot Series

Today, Toei is announcing three upcoming Kamen Rider projects for the franchise’s 50th anniversary. The first project Toei announced is the anime adaptation of the Kamen Rider W manga Futo Detective. However, they have announced the second project is a reboot of the classic Showa Era installment Kamen Rider Black. Superman Reboot Film in the Works

Thanks to Deadline we’ve learned that Ta-Nehisi Coates is set to write a Superman reboot for Warner Bros and DC. J.J Abrams is producing this under his Bad Robot Label. Finally, Hannah Minghella will serve as producer. Outside of that we really don’t know much about the plot nor any actors attached to the film. Thanks to Variety, we have learned that Paramount is developing a third “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” film two years after Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Netflix to Stream ReBoot: The Guardian Code

It has recently been revealed that Netflix has acquired the global streaming rights (exception of Canada) for ReBoot: The Guardian Code. For those who aren’t familiar with the project, the series is a live-action CGI reboot of the series that originally premiered on YTV in Canada in 1994 and ran until 2001. The series also aired on the ABC Network in the US.  The new series will be arriving on the service on March 30 and will also be airing on YTV in Canada starting in June. Reboot: The Guardian Code Series Announced

Corus Entertainment has announced the full details about the upcoming reboot to the Reboot animated series.  The series will be titled “, Reboot: The Guardian Code,” and will be a Live-Action / CG hybrid TV series.  The series is stated to air for 26 episodes and each episode will have an approximate run time at 22 minutes.  The series is set to premiere in 2018 on YTV.
