Mashable recently revealed a first look at an upcoming Transformers and Back to the Future crossover figure named Gigawatt. For those who are not aware, this is not the first time Hasbro has done crossover figures as they previously made Marvel and Star Wars crossover figures in the past. Additionally, they also released a Transformer based on the Ecto-1 from the Ghostbusters franchise named Ectotron last year. Similar to Ectotron a comic limited series will be released by IDW based on this figure.
Hasbro will also be releasing a limited edition version of Gigawatt, which will be limited to 1,985 pieces at Walmart. Pre-orders will be available today, however a standard version will also be released on Hasbropulse and various select retailers on October 1. The first issue of the four issue miniseries will be available on the same day.
