USA Today has posted a new behind the scenes video for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.  The video features Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi’s director, Rian Johnson, as he talks about his involvement in the project. J.J. Abrams To Write & Direct Star Wars: Episode IX

The official Star Wars website has updated with the announcement that J.J. Abrams will return and direct Star Wars: Episode IX.  For those who are unaware the original director for the film, Colin Trevorrow, left directorial duties earlier last week.  J.J. Abrams will not only direct the film, but will also work as a co-writer with the help of Chris Terrio.  The film is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Michelle Rejwan, Abrams, Bad Robot, and Lucasfilm.
