Today, Bandai has confirmed a release date for Soul of Chogokin GX-97 Combat Giant Daileon. For those unaware, the figure is based on the main mecha used by the titular character of MegaBeast Investigator Juspion. The series is the fourth installment in Toei’s defunct Metal Hero Series franchise following the Space Sheriff trilogy. MegaBeast Investigator Juspion aired from March 15, 1985 to March 24, 1986, with the series spanning 46 episodes. Bandai Namco Acquires Bluefin; Bandai Namco Collectibles is Born

Interesting news has broke online regarding Bluefin Corp, otherwise referred to as Bluefin Tamashii, the Japanese toy distributor. On Wednesday, Bandai Namco Holdings announced that they acquired an 80% controlling stake in Nippon Imports, LLC, the company that owns and operates Bluefin. Now, with this transaction Bandai Namco will establish a new subsidiary, Bandai Namco Collectibles in October that will continue operations under Bluefin.
