Premium Bandai US Webshop Now Open

Recently the American branch of Premium Bandai has officially opened and now international customers can purchase items directly via the new US website.  Currently not many items are available for order, however items such as Gundam related items and S.H.Monsterarts are available to purchase on the website. Hopefully with the opening of the US branch more fan demanded products will be available in the near future, although for now this is a good sign that Bandai Tamashii is more open to international based customers. Masters of the Universe Live-Action Film Premiere Date Announced

Comingsoon has reported some new details about some of the upcoming films that will be released within the next couple of years. Among the releases the premiere date for the Masters of the Universe film was revealed. The film is set to premiere on December 18,  2019.   For those who are unaware the film is based on the Mattel property of the same name that launched in 1982. Premium Bandai has updated their website with an official preorder page for S.H.Figuarts Star Lord.  The figure’s appearance is mainly based on his outfit in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2.  The figure includes: Exchangeable wrists (Left & Right X 2) Mask Exclusive weapons (Left & Right X1) Preorders will open tonight at 4 PM JPST and the figure will be released this September priced at 6,264 Yen.  Those who are interested should contact their preferred middleman for more details. Gundam Versus Heading To North America

Bandai Namco Entertainment America has updated their official Youtube channel with an announcement trailer for the western release of Gundam Versus.   The trailer takes a quick look at the game’s mechanics and features a look at the various game modes. Anchor Bay Licenses Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions Film's Home Video Release

Anchor Bay Entertainment has announced that they will release Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions on Blu-ray/ DVD and Digital HD on June 27.  The home video release will feature dual audio (English/ Japanese) and four featurettes. Live-Action Tokyo Ghoul Visual Revealed

The official website for the Live-Action film adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul has updated with a new visual for the film. Ultraman Xead May Scans Revealed

Recently scans for Ultraman Xead have surfaced online, which reveals the first in show details for the next Ultraman series. It has been revealed that the human host for Ultraman Xead is Riku Asakura who will be portrayed by Tatsuomi Hamada. For those who are unaware this 16 year old actor made his debut in Tokusatsu as Nao in Ultraman Zero – Revenge Belial.   Riku Asakura will use the power of the Xead Riser and the Ultra Capsules similar to the original Ultraman to become Ultraman Xead. His father is non other than Ultraman Belial.  Source: Heroshock

Star Wars Episode IX & Next Indiana Jones Sequel Premiere Dates Announced

The official Star Wars website has updated with the announcement of premiere dates for Star Wars Episode XI and the next Indiana Jones.    Star Wars Episode XI will premiere on May 24, 2019.  The film will be directed by Colin Trvorrow and will be the final film in the new Star Wars trilogy. The fifth chapter of the Indiana Jones films will premiere on July 10, 2020.  The film will be once again directed by Steven Spielberg and will feature Harrison Ford once again as Indiana Jones.
