Fire Force Manga Series Gets Anime Adaptation

It has recently been announced that anime adaptation of the Fire Force manga series will be receiving an anime adaptation., which will be produced by David Production. For those who are not aware, the series is based on a manga series that was created by Atsushi Ohkubo. Kodansha launched the series in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2015. Currently the manga chapters have been collected into fourteen tankōbon volumes as of August 2018. The official Golden Kamuy anime website has updated with the announcement that Bin Shimada will be joining the anime cast as Lieutenant General Narizō Arisaka. For those who are not aware, the character debuted in Volume 10 Chapter 94 of the manga series. Various news outlets have reported that Andy Mushietti will be directing the live-action film adaptation of the Attack on Titan franchise. David Heyman will be working as the producer for the film alongside Masi Oka and Babara Mushietti.
