Digimon Adventure Tri. Stage Play Announced

Toei Animation has recently opened a new website which revealed that there will be a stage play for Digimon Adventure Tri.  The stage play will be called “, Digimon Adventure Tri: The August 1st Adventure (Digimon Adventure Tir ~ 8-gatsu Tsuitachi no Bōken~).”  The stage show will debut at the Zepp Blue Theater Ropponngi in Tokyo starting on August 5.  The show will run for 10 performances and will run until August 13. Amazon has recently opened preorders for the English release of Digimon Adventure Chapter 2: Determination. According to Amazon it will be released on August 15.  The Blu-ray is currently listed at $24.99 and the DVD is priced at $14.99.   Currently no other details about the releases such as special features etc are confirmed at this time, however those who are interested in preordering a copy can check out the listings on Amazon. Shout Factory! and Toei Animation have announced that they will be releasing Digimon Adventure Tri on Blu-ray and DVD in North America later this year. “We’re incredibly excited about this opportunity with Toei Animation. Digimon continues to stand as an enduring global pop culture phenomenon. Premium Bandai has recently opened their preorder page for the Digimon Adventure Tri. Complete Selection Animation (T.K. & Kairi Ver.).  Both Digivices will be limited to 6000 units. The Digivices will feature: Voices by T.K. and Patamon/  New voices by Kairi and Gatomon Evolution Sequence 2 songs from Digimon Adventure Tri – “Brave Heart” and “Seven” Each Digivice will cost 7020 Yen and preorders are currently open.
