David Dastmalchian Joins “The Suicide Squad” Cast

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that David Dastmalchian is joining the cast of The Suicide Squad as Polka-Dot Man. David has in been in several live-action adaptations of comic book movies such as Thomas Schiff in The Dark Knight and more recently as Kurt in both the MCU Ant-Man films. In the comics, Abner Krill aka Polka-Dot Man made his debut appearance in Detective Comics #300, which released in 1962. Abner was a low tier crook who uses spots in both his costume and tools. Variety has reported that John Cena is in talks to join the cast of “The Suicide Squad.” In addition it has been confirmed that Margot Robbie and Jai Courtney will be returning to portray Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang, respectively. Collider has recently revealed new details about the team that will be featured in The Suicide Squad sequel. For those who are not aware, it was reported earlier that Idris Elba will be portraying Floyd Lawton aka Deadshot in the upcoming sequel.
