PGW 2017 – Monster Hunter: World “Rotten Vale” Trailer Streamed

The official Monster Hunter Youtube channel has updated with the 2017 Paris Game Week trailer for Monster Hunter: World.  The latest trailer features a look at the Rotten Vale location of the game.  The trailer also reveals that there will be crossover with Horizon Zero Dawn that will be exclusive for the Playstation 4 version of Monster Hunter World.  PSN Plus members will be able to gain exclusive access to the beta for the game that will be held on December 9-12.  Monster Hunter: World will be released for the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and Steam worldwide on January 26, 2018.  Source: Monster Hunter

TGS 2017 – Monster Hunter: World Trailer Streamed

The official Monster Hunter Youtube channel has updated with the Tokyo Game Show 2017 trailer for Monster Hunter: World.  For those who are unaware Monster: Hunter World is Capcom’s take into the “open world” genre of gaming set in the world of the Monster Hunter series.  The game will be the first installment in the series to have a worldwide launch. The trailer features another look in the game’s environment and a preview of some of the monsters that will be featured in the game. Monster Hunter Stories Heading To North America

Capcom has announced that they will be releasing the Monster Hunter Stories game in North America this Fall.   The localization for the game for the game was first revealed during the Nintendo direct earlier today. For those who aren’t aware the Monster Hunter Stories game is a spin-off game for the Monster Hunter franchise. The game was developed by Marvelous Inc. and was released for the Nintendo 3DS on October 8, 2016. Monster Hunter Hollywood Live-Action Film In the Works

Deadline has recently posted a Q&A featuring Paul W.S. Anderson and Jeremy Bolt (Impact Pictures) about their work on the Resident Evil films. During the Q&A they revealed that they will be working on a live-action adaptation of the Monster Hunter game series.  According to Deadline, Anderson already has a rough draft of the script finished and the team will be partnering up with Dennis Berardi, the co-founder/ president of VFK house, MR. Funimation Adds Monster Hunter Stories Ride On SimulDub Lineup

Funimation has recently announced that they will be adding Monster Hunter Stories Ride On to their Fall 2016 Simuldub library.  The Dub will premiere on Sunday, October 30th at 9:30 PT/ ET on the FunimationNow! service.
