Bandai Namco Entertainment America has announced that Accel World VS Sword Art Online Deluxe Edition will be releasing on Steam on September 12.  The Deluxe Edition includes the original game along with the “Castaway from Another World” DLC pack. Accel World VS. Sword Art Online Western Release Date Revealed

Bandai Namco Entertainment America posted a new trailer for the Accel World VS Sword Art Online  game on their official Youtube channel.  The latest trailer reveals that they game will be released in both North America and Europe on July 7.  The game will be sold digitally in North America for the Playstation 4 and PSVita.  Accel World Vs SAO will feature the Japanese audio with English, Spanish, and French subtitles. Sword Art Online Ordinal Scale Film US Premiere Date Announced

Aniplex of America has recently announced the premiere date for the US theatrical release of Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale. The film will premiere in theaters as a special one day event on March 9, 2017 distributed by Eleven Arts.   The screenings for the film will be presented with it’s original Japanese audio and will feature English Subtitles. Sword Art Online Live-Action Series Announced

It was recently announced by Skydance, an American independent production company, that they have acquired the global rights to produce a live-action series based on the popular Sword Art Online (SAO) franchise. The confirmed production team consists of Laeta Kalogridis who will serve as the script writer and executive producer.   She will be helped by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Marcy Ross.  Skydance Interactive is also producing the Sword Art Online VR experience.
