Nozomi Entertainment has announced on their official twitter page that they will be releasing the Zeta Gundam: A New Translation trilogy on Blu-ray sometime this year.For those who are unaware the Zeta Gundam: A New Translation was a trilogy of compilation films that condensed the Zeta Gundam anime series. The three films titled “Heirs to the Stars,” “Lovers,” and “Love is the Pulse of the Stars,” premiered in theaters in Japan as a part of the 25th anniversary for the Gundam franchise. Currently there are no other details are confirmed at this time, however it is nice to see that some of their older releases are getting Blu-ray versions.
Recently a new PV for the Gundam Twilight Axis ONA was posted to Dailymotion. The PV features characters Arlette Armage, Danton Haireg, and the Newtype Quentin Fermo.
Crunchyroll provided a short synopsis for the ONA.
The light novel takes place after Gundam Unicorn and was penned by Koujirou Nakamura, the scenario creator for Gundam manga series ZZ Side Story: Mirage of Zeon and Climax U.C.: Tsumugareshi Kizuna. The ONA cast features Risa Shimizu (Angelica, Show by Rock!!) as Arlette, Shuuhei Sakaguchi (Yuusuke Takinoue, Haikyuu!!) as Dalton, Toshiki Masuda (Kurusu, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress) as Quentin Fermo, and Daisuke Ono (Sebastian, Black Butler) as Mehmet Merka.
The series will premiere exclusively for Gundam Fan Club members in Japan this June.
Gundam.info has recently updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin V: The Clash at Loum. As the title suggests, part 5 of the OVA will kick off the Loum arc of the series, which is set in the early years before the One Year War. Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin V: Clash at Loum will premiere in Japanese theaters on September 2.
Bandai Namco Entertainment America has updated their official Youtube channel with an announcement trailer for the western release of Gundam Versus. The trailer takes a quick look at the game’s mechanics and features a look at the various game modes. Gundam Versus will be released for the Playstation 4 on July 6 in Japan and will be released in North America this Fall.

Unlike the first of our April Fools Day jokes, this piece of news is real!… Masakazu Ogawa, producer of Gundam Build Fighters announced via his official Twitter page that “one more special chapter” is in the works. While no other information was reveal he stated that more information should be shown in May during Golden Week in Japan. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.

Bandai Namco has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for the upcoming Gundam Versus game. The latest trailer reveals that the game will be released in Japan on July 6. Those who preorder the game will also receive a special code that will allow players to unlock the Hot Scramble Gundam and a Gundam Versus theme.
The game will be released in two editions. The first will be a standard edition and the second is the Premium G Sound Edition. The standard version of the game will be priced at 8,200 Yen, however the digital release will be at a temporary discount of 7,370 Yen until August 2. The Premium G Sound Edition will be priced at 11,200 Yen and similar to the standard version, the digital release of the Premium G Sound Edition will be temporarily discounted at 10,080 Yen until August 2 as well.

Crunchyroll has announced that they will be streaming the Mobile Fighter G Gundam anime series. For those who are unaware the series first debuted in Japan in 1994. The series later premiered in North America during the Toonami block in the early 2000s.
Crunchyroll will be streaming the original Japanese version with English subtitles starting at 5 P.M. PST/ 8 P.M. EST to all subscribers and will be available worldwide except for Asia.
Crunchyroll also provided a synopsis for the series.

Sunrise has announced that they will be producing an anime adaptation of the Mobile Suit Gundam Twilight AXIS novel series. For those who are unaware Mobile Suit Gundam Twilight AXIS is a currently running novel series by Ark Performace and Koujirou Nakamura. The series will premiere on the Gundam Fan Club service starting this June.
