Live-Action Bleach Film Encore Screening Announced

The Japan Society website has updated with the announcement that the live-action film adaptation for the Bleach franchise will be receiving an encore screening at the Japan Cuts: Festival of New Japanese Film. The film’s first screening is set for 7:45 P.M., which is currently sold out. The second screening will be set at 11:00 P.M. on the same day. The event will be co-presented by Anime NYC and Japan Cuts. Japan has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for the live-action film adaptation of the Bleach franchise.  The latest trailer features the film’s theme song titled, “Mosquito Bite,” which is performed by ALEXANDROS. The trailer also features some battle scenes involving Ichigo Kurosaki (Sōta Fukushi), Renji Abarai (Taichi Saotome), and Byakuya Kuchiki (MIYAVI). For those who are unaware, the film is based on Tite Kubo’s manga of the same name.
