Variety has reported that Aldis Hodge has been cast in “Black Adam,” as Hawkman. He will be joining the already confirmed cast, which includes Dwayne Johnson (Black Adam) and Noah Centineo (Atom Smasher). Currently it is unknown who will portray Dr Fate and Cyclone, who was previously confirmed as some of the other characters that will be making in the appearance in the film during DC FanDome earlier this summer.
The film will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra with scripts by Rory Haines and Shorab Noshirvani. Dwayne Johnson will also serve as a producer on the project with the help of Dany and Hiram Garcia. The film will be produced by New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates. “Black Adam” will premiere in theaters on December 21, 2021.
