Derek Mears to Portray DC Universe’s Swamp Thing

Several news outlets are reporting that Derek Mears is going to be portraying Swamp Thing in suit for the upcoming live-action series. For those who are not aware, Mears is most famous for starring as Jason Voorhees in the 2009 reboot of Friday the 13th. He has also portrayed the “classic” Predator in the 2010 Predators film and has previously worked in other live-action comic adaptions in the past.
