Earlier this morning, Netflix released the first full trailer for Castlevania: Nocturne. For those who are not aware, the series will be a follow-up to the original 2017 Castlevania Netflix series. Unlike the original series, Castlevania: Nocturne will focus on Richter Belmont and Maria Renard. Both characters made their debut in Castlevania: Rondo of Blood, which is also known as “Demon Castle Dracula X: Reincarnation of Blood in Japan. The game was first released exclusively in Japan for the PC Engine CD in 1993. A remake of the game known as Castlevania: Dracula X was released for the Super Nintendo in 1995. The original version of the game was later released as a part of Castlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles, which was released for the PSP in 2007. Castlevania: Nocturne will premiere exclusively on Netflix on September 28, 2023.
