Today, Tsuburaya Productions announced its first official subscription based streaming service for residents in Japan. Titled, Tsuburaya Imagination, the service will allow customers to view Tsuburaya Productions’ entire Ultra Series library. However, other productions by the studio like Gridman or Mirroman may be made available on the service later. Earlier today, Tsuburaya Productions finally unveiled the first teaser trailer for Hideaki Anno’s upcoming film, Shin Ultraman. The movie was first announced in July 2019 by Anno’s official studio, Khara, with details on its production being limited. The film will feature Hideaki Anno collaborating again with director Shinji Higuchi on a reimagining of the original Ultraman series.
