Power Rangers 2017 Movie Sequel Graphic Novel Announced

IGN has recently announced that the upcoming Power Rangers film by Lionsgate will be receiving a sequel graphic novel.  The graphic novel will be published by Boom! Studios, who is known for publishing the current comic book series for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.  The graphic novel will be titled “, Saban’s Power Rangers: Aftershock,” which will be written by Ryan Parrot with illustrations by Lucas Werneck. The graphic novel will take place after the events of the film, but no other details are confirmed at this time. Saban’s Power Rangers: Aftershock will be released on March 29, 2017 priced at $14.99. The official Power Rangers Movie 2017 twitter page has recently updated with the reveal of the actor who will be playing Alpha 5 in the film.  Bill Hader who is best known for being an alumni on Saturday Night Live will be playing Alpha 5 in the new Power Rangers film.   Power Rangers 2017 will premiere on March 24, 2017.
