Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment launched its new production studio, Playstation Productions, which will adapt its various video games into television productions and feature length films. Asad Qizilbash has appointed to head Playstation Productions, while the chair of Worldwide Studios at SIE, Shawn Layden will oversee productions. Milla Jovovich recently announced on Instagram that filming wrapped up on the Sony Pictures’ live-action adaptation of Capcom’s Monster Hunter video game series.
