Attack on Titan Season 3 Toonami Premiere Date Announced

The official Toonami Facebook page has updated with the announcement that the third season of Attack on Titan will premiere on the block on August 18.  As reported previously, the world premiere for the season was screened by Funimation Entertainment in North America and Canadian theaters earlier this month. Yesterday, Funimation Entertainment announced that it will be bringing screenwriter Keiko Nobumoto, character designer Toshihiro Kawamoto, and mechanical designer Kimitoshi Yamane to New York Comic Con. They will be attending as guests to appear at the Cowboy Bebop 20th Anniversary retrospective panel. In addition, Funimation is hosting a contest to win a dinner with all three staff members. FUNimation Entertainment has announced that the Attack on Titan Season 2 recap film will be screened as apart of a two night event at North American & Canadian theaters.  The film will also be accompanied by the worldwide premiere of the first episode of the third season of series just before it airs in Japanese television on July 22. Funimation Announces Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Season Two Home Video Release Details

Funimation Entertainment has recently revealed details for their home video release for Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Season Two. The second season aired in Japan on October 2, 2016 to April 2, 2017, and ran for 25 episodes. Funimation Announces Cowboy Bebop 20th Anniversary Collector’s Edition Concepts Campaign

Funimation Entertainment has announced details for a special campaign for the Cowboy Bebop 20th Anniversary Collector’s Edition.  Funimation Entertainment provided a promotional video for the campaign on their official Facebook page. The promotional video is narrated by Beau Billingslea aka Jet Black. Fans will be able to chose between three different tiers that will include different bonuses depending on which version are backed. On Friday, Pony Canyon began streaming an all-new trailer for the upcoming season of Attack on Titan. This new trailer for the third season revealed its Japanese premiere is July 22 at 12:45 a.m. on NHK. Short afterwards, Funimation Entertainment officially announced they acquired the rights to distribute and dub the season. Funimation Entertainment announced at C2E2 that Crunchyroll will be producing the dub for Twin Star Exorcists with the help of Ryan Johnston, Suzanne Goldfish and David W.
