SDCC 2018: Viz Media to Release Netflix Castlevania Series on Home Video

Viz Media announced at San Diego Comic Con 2018 that they have licensed the first season of the Netflix original Castlevania series. For those who are unaware, the Castlevania animated series is based on the video game franchise of the same name. The first season launched on the service on July 2017 and consisted of four 30 minute episodes. As reported earlier this July the second season will consists of eight episodes and will premiere on the service on October 26 with a third season still in production. Recently, Warren Ellis, the head writer for the Netflix original Castlevania animated series, has revealed the release date for the second season for the series on his official twitter page.
