Gundam F90 FF Manga Begins in June

In the June issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Gundam Ace magazine, a 40-page prologue chapter was published for the new manga series, Mobile Suit Gundam F90 FF (Fastest Formula). The Hollywood Reporter has revealed some of the main cast members for the upcoming Netflix exclusive live-action series based on the Cowboy Bebop franchise. For those who are not aware the series was first announced late last year. Funimation has updated their official FunimationNow service with the full Gundam Build Divers anime series. The series is currently available to FunimationNow subscribers in both English dub and English subtitled formats. For those who are not aware, the series premiered in Japan in April 2018. Bandai recently unveiled the next King of Braves GaoGaiGar Super Mini-Pla release, which is none other than the titular mecha in its original form, Genesic GaoGaiGar. This version of the mecha can only be seen in the conclusion of the series, the seven part OVA, King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL. Deadline has reported that Brian K. Vaughan is set to write the screenplay for the live-action Gundam film adaptation. Vaughan is best known for his works on several comic projects such as Y: The Last Man, Ex Machina, and Runaways, just to name a few. Gundam The Origin – Eve of the Red Comet Premiere Date & Details Announced

Originally announced during the Mobile Suit Gundam’s 40th Anniversary Project launch event on November 21, 2018, the TV broadcast version of Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin finally has details on its premiere. The 6-part OVA will be recompiled into a 13 episode broadcast version for television. This is similar to Mobile Suit Gundam UC re:0096 which was a 22 episode recompilation of the 7-part OVA series.   The recompilation will be titled Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin – Eve of the Red Comet in order to differentiate the TV version from the OVA.
