Today, Funimation Entertainment held their Dragon Ball Super panel at San Diego Comic Con 2018. This event was to promote the on-going dub for anime, as well as the upcoming film, Dragon Ball Super: Broly. During the panel attendees were presented with the first official trailer of the film. Funimation to Release Dragon Ball Super: Broly in North American Theaters

IGN has reported that Funimation Films will be releasing the Dragon Ball Super: Broly film in North America, both the United States and Canada. For those who are unaware, the film was announced earlier this week and will be the 20th film overall for the franchise. Shonen Jump Reveals New Cast Members In One Piece Whole Cake Island Arc

Thanks to a early look at the upcoming issue of Weekly Shonen Jump, it has been revealed that Miyuki Sawashiro will be joining the One Piece anime cast.  She will be voicing Charlotte Pudding in the Whole Cake Island Arc of the anime.  It has also been revealed that Mami Koyama will be voicing Charlotte “Big Mom” Linlin.” Currently it is unknown if she will be voicing the role fully, but she will be voicing the character in an upcoming image song.  The character was originally portrayed by Toshiko Fujita.  The issue also featured a preview for the upcoming Ace serialized novel. Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker & Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy Announced

The recent issue of Shonen Jump magazine has revealed two new games based on the Naruto franchise. Earlier today, Toei Animation that Go Nagai’s popular giant robot manga series, Mazinger Z, will be receiving a new movie adaptation. Now, the press release did not confirm if the film would be a live-action adaptation, or new animated feature. An early look into issue 34’s table of content for Shonen Jump revealed recently that Haruto Ikezawa’s Shogi Comedy series, Monofu will be coming to an end, following that issue and in two later issues we will see three new mangas joining the Shonen Jump family. Today (JST), the 73rd volume of Tite Kubo’s long-running Bleach manga revealed the series will concluding in the next volume, which will be sold in fall. Following the reveal Shonen Jump confirmed that the announcement was true. The series began in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2001, whereas its final arc began back in February 2012.
