Gargoyles Live-Action TV Show Announced

Gargoyles characters Goliath, Hudson, Brooklyn, Lexington, and Broadway

Happy Monday heroes! We have some news coming out of The Hollywood Reporter. We’ve learned that Gary Dauberman and James Wan will be working together to remake the 1990s cartoon Gargoyles into a live-action series for Disney +. Now, we don’t know if Steve Perry, Brynne Chandler, or even Greg Weisman will be returning to help write this series. I know fans have wanted a reboot or remake of the infamous Gargoyles series but I think it’s safe to say that people maybe done with live-action reboots of animated series.…

Invincible season two poster.

We have the official trailer for Invincible season two which came out during New York Comic Con. The first four episodes of Season 2 will debut on Prime Video on Nov. 3, and the remaining four episodes will be released in early 2024. It seems like we’re going to get some multiverse episodes given what is shown in the trailer so I’m curious to see how they’ll put their spin on it. Given how everyone is doing multiverse stories. So far with Invincible track record, I’m curious to see how…

TWK Reviews Episode 67: EA Enters the Ring with WCW Mayhem

Hello, Hero Club, TDub here, and welcome to my review of Electronic Arts’ debut in the world of professional wrestling video games aka WCW Mayhem. Yes, we’re talking about THAT EA. The one that forced microtransactions into games. The one who many believe to be the most evil video game company in the world although I personally think that Activision-Blizzard have been doing one heck of a job catching up in that department. However, I digress, as not only is this EA’s initial WCW game but also the first without…

TWK Reviews Episode 66: WCW/nWo Revenge is THE Sequel

Hello, Hero Club, TDub here and welcome to my review of WCW/nWo Revenge which was released for the Nintendo 64 back in the year 1998. To say that WCW was en fuego during this time would be an understatement. In fact, both WWF and WCW were firing on all cylinders as far as fan support was concerned. WCW had nWo Hollywood, nWo Wolfpac, Diamond Dallas Page, Sting, Goldberg and a whole load of cruiserweights putting on classics whilst WWF were running wild with the Corporation, Steve Austin, the Ministry of…

Kicking things off we have the trailer for Sonic Prime season 3.   Next up is the Stylish Devil…

TWK Reviews Episode 65: A Quick Look at Pokémon Stadium 2

Hello, Hero Club, TDub here and welcome to my review of Pokemon Stadium 2 which was released for the Nintendo 64 back in the year 2000 (insert Conan O’Brien reference here). During this time, Pokemania was running about as rampant as anything could possibly could. If you were alive during this time then you knew the term, “Pokemon” or as many called it, “Pokie-mon”. With the franchise at a fever pitch, there was not only the main handheld games, a super popular anime, and movies, but of course there had…

Good Afternoon heroes! We got some wonderful news coming out of Netflix. It is confirmed that the live-action One Piece series will have a season two green-lit. The video with the announcement had Oda-Sensei, the creator of One Piece himself make the announcement.
