Today, Shout! Factory uploaded to their streaming library Shotaro Ishinomori’s original Kamen Rider series from 1971. However, the series is only available on the streaming service TubiTV and region locked to the United States specifically. SSSS.Gridman Audio Dramas Available on YouTube for Limited Time

Due to the cancellation of the recent SSSS.Gridman live event, fans of the series received a special livestream. C2E2: Marvel Unveils Team Behind Upcoming Ultraman Comics

Today, during the Marvel panel at C2E2, Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski unveiled details regarding Marvel’s Ultraman comics based on Tsuburaya Productions iconic hero. Titled, The Rise of Ultraman, the series is scheduled to launch later in 2020, and it will revisit the original 1966 tokusatsu series. Today, PlatinumGames‘ released a teaser trailer for their new upcoming game in Hideki Kamiya’s superhero trilogy. Currently, titled “Project G.G. A Go-Go!” the game is heavily inspired by the tokusatsu genre, specifically the Ultra series. For those unaware, tokusatsu means special effects in Japan, but in the west it is commonly referred to kaiju and transforming heroes-based media. Following last month’s announcement of After War Gundam X Collection 1 Blu-Ray, RightStufAnime has opened pre-orders for the second half of the series. Scheduled for release on May 5, 2020, the set contains episodes 20-39 in Japanese audio with English subtitles. Special features include Clean Openings 3-5 and Clean Closing 3. The project is Tsuburaya Productions’ official North American website dedicated to the Ultra Series. The site is produced by Starlight Runner Entertainment, a New York-based production company that specializes in expanding entertainment properties and brands into multi-platform campaigns.
