New Cast Member for My Hero Academia: Two Heroes Film & Spin-off Manga Revealed

The recent issue of the Shonen Jump magazine has revealed a new cast member for the the My Hero Academia: Two Heroes film. The new cast member is Ryohei Kimura who will voicing the younger self of David Shield.   The magazine also revealed that the next issue of the magazine will also feature a spin-off one shot manga titled, “Everyone is Surely Someone’s Hero (Kitto Daremo ga Dareka no Hero).” The manga will consist of 15 pages and will focus on Melissa, one of the characters introduced in the film.  The manga will be illustrated by Yōkō Akiyama. The next…

Base Goku & Base Vegeta to Join Dragon Ball FighterZ, Kefla Joins Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2

The recent issue of the V Jump magazine has announced that Base Goku and Base Saiyan Armor Vegeta will be joining the Dragon Ball FighterZ video game as the next two DLC characters. Both characters will be released in early August priced at 500 Yen.  The recent issue also revealed that Kefla from Dragon Ball Super will be joining the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game as a part of the third DLC pack. SDCC 2018: Dragon Ball Super Broly Trailer

Today, Funimation Entertainment held their Dragon Ball Super panel at San Diego Comic Con 2018. This event was to promote the on-going dub for anime, as well as the upcoming film, Dragon Ball Super: Broly. During the panel attendees were presented with the first official trailer of the film. Attack on Titan Season 3 Toonami Premiere Date Announced

The official Toonami Facebook page has updated with the announcement that the third season of Attack on Titan will premiere on the block on August 18.  As reported previously, the world premiere for the season was screened by Funimation Entertainment in North America and Canadian theaters earlier this month. IGN has reported that Funimation Films will be releasing the Dragon Ball Super: Broly film in North America, both the United States and Canada. For those who are unaware, the film was announced earlier this week and will be the 20th film overall for the franchise. Live-Action Bleach Film Encore Screening Announced

The Japan Society website has updated with the announcement that the live-action film adaptation for the Bleach franchise will be receiving an encore screening at the Japan Cuts: Festival of New Japanese Film. The film’s first screening is set for 7:45 P.M., which is currently sold out.
