Sony Pictures Entertainment has updated their official Youtube channel with the first official teaser trailer for Venom. Those who haven’t been following the project, the film is a part of Sony’s Marvel Universe, which is separate from the MCU. The trailer features a look at the setting of the film.
The confirmed cast consists of:
- Tom Hardy: Eddie Brock / Venom
- Michelle Williams: Ann Weying
- Riz Ahmed
- Reid Scott
Sony Picture’s Venom will be released in theaters on October 5.
