Nintendo recently streamed an unannounced Nintendo Direct that streamed alongside the recently released Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase. The direct featured a deeper look at Monster Hunter Rise and a short look at Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin. In Monster Hunter: Rise players will be able to use the Wirebug to help transverse areas they would normally not be able to go on to by foot. Nintendo recently streamed a Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, which features a look at some of the upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch. First, Nintendo revealed a first look at two brand new Monsters Hunter games. The first game will be the latest title in the mainline Monster Hunter series titled, “Monster Hunter Rise.” The second game is titled, “Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin,” which is the sequel to the 3DS Monster Hunter Stories spinoff title. Monster Hunter Rise will be released on March 26, 2021. The official Monster Hunter Youtube channel has updated with a new collaboration trailer for Monster Hunter World. The latest trailer features a look at the Assassin’s Creed collaboration with the game. Milla Jovovich recently announced on Instagram that filming wrapped up on the Sony Pictures’ live-action adaptation of Capcom’s Monster Hunter video game series. Sony Pictures has announced that Hirona Yamazaki will be be joining the cast of the live-action film adaptation of the Monster Hunter game franchise. In January, the official Monster Hunter YouTube channel uploaded a video on the PC port for Monster Hunter World. The video features producer, Ryozo Tsujimoto, who explains that Monster Hunter World’s PC port was set to release in Fall 2018.
